RECIPE

Zucchini Brownies

These zucchini brownies are a good way to eat more veggies 😂.There are 2 cups of grated zucchini in them. They are super moist and full of flavor. You can’t taste the zucchini, so your picky eater will eat these. Really all you can taste is chocolate, it’s like eating a super moist brownie. You will definitely love these. If you want you can reduce the sugar a little bit.

Tips & Recommendations

Make sure when you check with a toothpick there are a few crumbs, make sure there isn’t batter. This is a very moist brownie. You can add nuts if you want. Do not drain the liquid from the grated zucchini.
