RECIPE

Peanut Butter Energy Balls

It is no secret that I love working out. Sometimes I just need something small to eat before I workout. I love that I can just pop one of these in my mouth. They also make a great afternoon snack to tie you over to dinner. They are my go to snack. Also with peanut butter and chocolate how can you go wrong. These are so easy to make and your kids will love them too.

  • 1 cup all natural Jif peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup raw honey
  • 1 cups old fashioned oats (rolled oats)

  2. Line a tray with parchment paper
  3. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop dough onto the prepared cookie sheet. Roll each one to make round if needed

Tips & Recommendations

Make sure to use a natural peanut butter, that isn’t a stir one, I use Jif. You can sway out the protein powder, however Arbonne is my favorite and the only protein powder we use in my house.
