Homemade Guacamole

Years ago I went to a restaurant on the Riverwalk in San Antonio and they had the best guacamole ever. They made it at the table, so I was able to recreated my own recipe years ago. I am a huge guacamole fan, but only if it is good. Trust me this will a go to recipe for you. Some of my family uses my recipe already.

Ingredients
- 2 large avocados or 3 medium avocados ripe
- 1 roma tomato diced
- ½ red onion diced
- Juice from 1 lime and 1 lemon
- 2-3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1-2 tbsp guacamole seasoning or 1 pack of guacamole seasoning
Directions
- Cut avocado in half, remove seed. Score the avocado and remove the avocado. Place in a bowl and smash with a fork.
- Add juice from lime and lemon to avocado, mix in with avocado.
- Add diced tomato, red onion, cilantro and guacamole seasoning to avocado, mix together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and place guacamole in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Mission chips or your favorite chip.
Tips & Recommendations
If you are not a huge cilantro fan, only use 1-2 tbsp. You can omit red onion if you want. Taste the avocado before place in the fridge, if needed add salt and pepper
