RECIPE
Vanilla Glazed Donuts
Have you tried baked donuts yet? Let me tell you they are one of the easiest and quickest things to baked. You can totally make these donuts in less than 30 minutes. One thing about these donuts is that they aren’t as sweet as your normal glazed donuts from the donut shop. Baked donuts are more of a caky donut, but still light. You want to make sure that you don’t over mix the batter when you are mixing the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, this helps to keep the donut light and fluffy. The hint of nutmeg gives if that bakery taste.
I personally use a pastry bag and pipe the batter into the donut cavities, but you can scoop it in if you prefer. Also only let the donuts cool for a few minutes. I prefer to dip the donuts in the glaze when the donuts are still warm.
