RECIPE
No Bake Oreo Cheesecakes
I have been all about easy desserts, especially ones that require no baking. These no bake mini Oreo cheesecakes are to die for. Those were words used from some of my friends. See I have a business group of friends that I get together with maybe once a month. Well if you know anything about, you know I can’t go to anyone’s house or party empty handed. I am pretty sure I get that from my mom. She was the same way from what I can remember from growing up and my early adult years. So I knew National Cheesecake was coning up and I thought this would be a great a recipe to make for that. I mean a baked cheesecake takes a couple hours to make and who wants their oven on that long when it hot outside. So this recipe recipe doesn’t take long to make. I sped up the time by sticking my tray in the freezer to chill, but you can just place in the refrigerator for longer. Totally up to you. It is hit for a party, you can eat with a fork or just with your hands.
Happy No Baking ????

- Using a medium scoop (3oz) scoop mixture onto the pressed down cookie mixture. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Add hot fudge sauce to the top of the chilled cheesecakes. Sprinkles with your favorite sprinkles. Add crushed pretzels to the top if you want. I love the sweet and salty flavor together.
- Place in freezer for 1 hour or fridge for 4 hours to chill and set.
Tips & Recommendations
Make sure the cream cheese is creamy and not over mixed, it will break apart. This is why I use Philadelphia cream, cheese, it holds up the best.
