RECIPE
Grilled Honey Garlic Salmon
I love fish and seafood, like I could probably eat either of them like 4-5 times a week. And salmon is a go to meal for me. One, it is easily accessible and Jimmy, Lele and Isabella will eat salmon too. I probably cook salmon almost every week. Isabella is always asking for orange chicken. I really hope as they get older, they will have a bigger taste for fish and seafood.
Do your kids eat seafood or fish? We grew up eating seafood and fish, so I have always liked it.
This recipe is very easy to make. Mix everything together in a bowl. I like to marinade the salmon in a freezer bag. So I place the salmon in a bag and pour the marinade over it for about 30 minutes. You don’t really need to do it longer than that. My favorite way to cook it is on the grill in tinfoil, but you can cook it in the oven in foil too. Just place the foil on a pan in the oven.
This salmon pairs so well with my homemade rice pilaf. It reminds me of dinner time when I was growing up.
