RECIPE

Fudge Brownies

The other day I asked Jimmy if he wanted me to bake him anything before I left to visit my sisters for the weekend. He mentioned a couple cookies. I said what about brownies, he goes they are always good. So I went to work on the brownies. I taste tested a small one and I was like these are the best brownies I’ve ever made. I told Jimmy that when he got home. So while I was getting dinner ready, I hear him go let me taste these best brownies ever. He was like you are right these are the best ones you have ever made. Next thing I hear him say is you don’t see me eating another one. I was like dude we are eating dinner in a few, brownies are for dessert. He always makes me laugh!!

Tips & Recommendations

Eggs must be room temperature. I always bake with black cocoa, but you can use another type of unsweetened cocoa.
