RECIPE

Grilled BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Summer is all about grilling and we sure do love to grill in our house. I made these ribs, not knowing if the kids would like them. I was thinking they would complain about them, but I was wrong. JJ and Lele love these ribs. Jimmy had them for leftovers and loved them. He couldn’t wait to have them again, but this time Jimmy made them. When we were eating dinner, Jimmy couldn’t believe how much JJ ate.

Sometimes what I think is easy to make, someone else might not think it is easy to make. But Jimmy made these and said they were so easy to make. These ribs don’t require any boiling or cooking them ahead of time before grilling them. We just put them on the grill to cook the whole time. Just add the seasoning to the ribs and let them grill away. You will flip occasionally. After 45 minutes of cooking on the grill, you brush with BBQ sauce. Let it cook for 5 minutes before flipping the ribs and brushing the other side and let them finish grilling for 5 minutes.

So when you have a time and you want a nice and relaxing dinner, this is the recipe to make. You don’t have to sit by the grill and constantly turn the ribs. So pour yourself a drink and sit back and relax while the ribs cook.

Tips & Recommendations

If you have a grill that has a smoker, use the smoker when grilling these ribs. It adds such a great flavor.
