Grilled Parmesan Corn

In the summer we eat corn on the cob all the time. I wanted to change it up and I made this grilled corn. Let’s just say, we will be making this is all the time. It is so good and goes perfectly with the burgers. I actually prefer grilled corn over boiled corn on the cob. I love the little charred flavor with grilling. You can use all parmesan cheese if you don’t want to use asiago. I think even cheddar will be good. I mean how can you go wrong with cheese on corn??? I know you will love this recipe as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • 6 ears of corn husked and clean
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ⅓ cup Asiago cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill on medium heat.
  2. Spray a piece of tin foil with cooking spray. Place corn on tin foil. Brush melted butter on corn. Sprinkles with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle Asiago cheese on top of corn. I roll each ear of corn in the tin foil. You want to make sure each ear of corn is covered in butter, salt, pepper and cheese.
  4. Corn takes 20 minutes to cook, make sure to turn the corn with tongs.
  5. Right before you take the corn off the grill, sprinkle corn with parmesan cheese.
Ready in 30 minutes Makes 6 ears of corn

 

Tips & Recommendations

Use fresh corn on the cob. You can use all parmesan or all asiago cheese if you want.
