RECIPE
Peach Cobbler
Peach cobbler to me is the traditional summer dessert. It is an easy dessert to make and perfect for your summer BBQ and picnic. I asked Jimmy he liked peach cobbler and he said no! I was like what, how is that possible? So the day I made it and was taking pictures of the cobbler, guess who ate some? Thats right, that hubby of mine ate some with ice cream. He was like wow this is so good, I was no duh!!
What I love about this recipe is that it is easy to make and you don’t have to peel the peaches If you want. Just slice them and put them in the bottom of the baking dish. Add the lemon juice and brown sugar to make the most delicious peaches. The topping doesn’t require a mixer, just a bowl. Mix all the ingredients together and spread on top of the peaches and bake. Pair with your favorite ice cream, like salted caramel. The salted caramel was so delicious, it makes me want to drizzle salted caramel.
