We love doing fun boards like charcuterie bars, cookie boards and dessert boards. They are fun to make with the kids and my kids love helping me make them. It really is a fun way to get the kids involved.

This board we made super simple. I just did blueberries, but you can add blackberries if you want. I did strawberries, because we love strawberries. However you can do cherries and or raspberries if you want. I love pound cake and berries together, so this was a must for this board. Of course I added some chocolate. Dessert always needs some type of chocolate. Serve this with some toothpicks and everyone can grab a few berries with a pound cake cube.

The idea is to do fun things with red, white and blue. We went with what we love in our house. This is such an easy, fun and delicious board to make.

Ingredients

• 1 pint of blueberries
• 1 quart of strawberries
• White Chocolate Bars
• Pound cake cubed (Homemade or Store Bought)

Directions

1. Rinse blueberries and strawberries. Cut stems off of strawberries.
2. Cube pound cake. 
3. In the upper left hand corner, add blueberries. Do rows of strawberries, cubed pound cake and white chocolate bars.
4. Serve and enjoy.

Tips & Recommendations

Flag tray, star lights and towel all came from the dollar section at target.
