RECIPE

Roasted Garlic Potatoes

I don’t know about you, but I am definitely picky about potatoes. Like I don’t really like mashed potatoes. And don’t even get me started about french fries, I am very picky about them. However bite size potatoes are one of my favorite side dishes to make. I love the flavors of  garlic, rosemary and parmesan together, adding them to potatoes makes the perfect side dish for a meal.

Tips & Recommendations

I get the bag of different color potatoes, I prefer the variety. You can cut back on the black pepper if you want.
