RECIPE

Sheet Pan Steak and Shrimp Fajitas

I know you love easy meals, that can feed the family. And have I got a recipe for you. I posted a picture of steak and shrimp sheet pan fajitas on Insta stories and I got a lot of responses asking for the recipe.

So I couldn’t wait to make them again, because they are that good. I don’t know if you have tried Teres Major Steak, but it’s really good. Our local Butcher Market carries it and when they do, I always grab some. In this recipe you can use flank or skirt steak. They are the other options I like for this recipe.

I marinate the shrimp while I am getting everything else ready. You can add onions to this if you want. I just tend to skip them with fajitas. Make sure you slice the steak so it cooks evenly with the shrimp.

That’s the Dish from my Kitchen to yours ????
