RECIPE

Steak Fajitas

There are some nights each week I just need an easy meal to make. Yes we could take out, but honestly I would rather eat at home. Home cooked meals are by far my favorite. So when I need an easy meal, sheet pan meals are usually a go to for me. So not surprising that this steak fajita meal is a go to meal for us. It doesn’t even take 40 minutes to make, especially if you have some help with chopping and mixing. I also love that sheet pan meals are so easy to clean up. I hope you enjoy this meal as much as we do in our house.

What should be the next sheet pan recipe I make?

Happy Cooking ????

Tips & Recommendations

If you don’t want to slice the meat, you don’t have to. You will just need to add baking time. You can use flank steak. I’ve made it with flank and tri tip, we prefer the tri tip sirloin.
