Three Cheese Pizza
This is the cheesiest pizza out there, that isn’t too cheesy. I usually don’t think things are too cheesy, but every now and then I will say something has too much cheese. This pizza have mozzarella, parmesan and burrata cheese. I love adding parmesan cheese to pizza, I think it adds a nice little kick to pizza. You can make your own pizza crust if you want by using this pizza crust recipe or you can use I store bought one like I did for this recipe.
I want to talk to you about burrata cheese. It is a newer cheese to me and I love it. It is similar to mozzarella. I first tried it in ravioli and I was hooked. You can find it now in most grocery stores in the gourmet cheese section. I really can’t wait to make more recipes with burrata cheese. What recipe do you think should be next?
With football season here, I think it is so important to have a good pizza recipe handy. You can make it for game day or like a lot of people do they make Friday night pizza night.

Ingredients
- Store bought pizza crust (I use Trader Joes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Store bought pizza sauce or homemade sauce
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½-1 tsp Italian or pizza seasoning
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1-1 ½ cups of Tillamook shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½-¾ cup of Tillamook shredded parmesan cheese
- ½-¾ cup sliced burrata cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 and place the pizza stone in the oven. Let the pizza stone warm up for 5 minutes after the oven is preheated.
- While the oven is preheating, roll out the pizza dough into a circle.
- Pull stone from the oven using pot holders. Place pizza crust on the stone, drizzle with olive oil. Spread sauce on the crust. Sprinkle pepper, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes onto sauce and place back into the oven and let bake for 10 minutes.
- Using oven mitts pull pizza from the oven. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top of the sauce. Add sliced burrata cheese and bake for 5-7 minutes or until done.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Tips & Recommendations
If I am using store bought crust, I always use Trader Joe’s crust. I find it to be the best out there. If you want to make your own you can use this recipe.
