We love brownies in our house. In fact I have quite a few different brownie recipes on my blog. As I wad working on a new brownie recipe, because we can’t have to many brownie recipes. I decided to do a funfetti brownie. There aren’t man funfetti brownie recipes out. The kids loved these brownies!! I mean chocolate and brownies are the perfect combination.
I am all about an easy recipe!!. These brownies are that, an easy recipe and delicious. Oh did I mention fun? The jimmies inside the brownies are super fun. I have added a chocolate ganache glaze on top and added more jimmies/sprinkles. These brownies are perfect for a special occasion or just because. Trust me your kids will love them!!

In a medium pot melt your butter.
Once butter is melted add brown sugar and sugar, mix until combined. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Add vanilla and eggs, whisk together until combined.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix until combined.
Fold in the jimmies/sprinkles.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
Ready in 40 minutes Makes 9x9 pan
Eggs must be room temperature, if not you will have scrambled eggs in your brownies. Which is gross!! It is Important for the butter mixture to cool a little bit before adding the eggs.
