RECIPE

Grilled Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Summer is all about grilling outside for so many people. I grill throughout the year. Less mess in the kitchen is a win for me. I feel like I am always cleaning my kitchen and constantly emptying the dishwasher. Do you ever feel that way? For Father’s Day this year, I want to get Jimmy a new grill. Now that we have three kids in our house and I am cooking around 3 lbs of meat most nights, we need a bigger grill. One that I can grill meat and do a side with the meat. If I am being honest, the grill is probably more for me than Jimmy. Oh well!!

These honey garlic pork chops are so good. Everyone including myself love them. A quick little fact, I am not a fan of pork chops. But these are so good. They are easy to make. First you are gonna season your pork chops with salt and pepper. Make your glaze. Once the pork chops on the grill, you will brush them with the sauce. Right before the pork chops are done, you will drizzle the remaining sauce on them. Pork chops depending on how thick they are, will take about 7 or so minutes to cook on each side.

Tips & Recommendations

I love grill mats for the grill. I get mine off Amazon. I replace them at least once a year.
