RECIPE

Grilled Old Bay Shrimp

Seafood was always been one of my favorite things as a kid to eat and to this day it is still one of my favorite things. I love all kinds of seafood, but shrimp is definitely one thing I can eat a lot of. Let’s say I have been known to put some away. One of my favorite ways to make and eat shrimp is with Old Bay Seasoning.

I know a lot of people will steam shrimp inside, but if I can I will cook it on the grill. While I love to eat seafood, I don’t love the smell in our house. It can really linger sometimes. So grilling these shrimp is the way to go for me. I place a little bit of olive oil on aluminum foil. Next I add the shrimp. Sprinkle some Old Bay seasoning and mix it together. I squeeze juice from one lemon and give it a stir. Place the aluminum foil on your preheated grill. Grill for about 3 minutes before flipping the shrimp. Once the shrimp is done, squeeze juice from one lemon on top of the cooked shrimp. Sprinkle a little more Old Bay Seasoning. See how easy it is to make.

I love making this shrimp to go with a nice salad. To me it is one of the best meals to eat on a hot day because it is so light. In the Summer I love some light meals, especially ones that have salad. I also love pairing this with some brown rice and grilled veggies. Anything that is easy is the way to go.

That’s What is Grilling 💕
