RECIPE

Grilled Steak Tacos

We are always grilling out in our house, especially in the summer. So I decided to switch up taco night and make grill steak tacos. Because we love tacos!!! I mean really who doesn’t love tacos? These tacos are so flavorful and a favorite for the family!!!

It is an easy recipe, which is a good thing for those busy nights. Making the marinade only takes a few minutes to make. Let it marinade for at least 15 minutes, but you can let it marinate all day if you want. I like to cut the steak into cubes first, that way the marinade soaks into each bite. Plus it doesn’t take so long to cook.

Because the meat is so flavorful, we keep the toppings simple. A little bit of cotija cheese, fresh cilantro and some fresh lime juice is just perfect on top. That’s all you really need.

That’s What’s Grilling ????
